Welcome to Suvio. By using our app, you agree to these terms.

Account Terms

You must be 13 or older to use Suvio. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Suvio offers free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Subscription features include: unlimited recipe imports, voice AI cooking assistance, and (for family plans) shared grocery lists and family recipe collections.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of premium features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Only one trial per account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use the app to generate harmful or dangerous cooking content
• Share your account credentials with others (family plans are available for shared access)
• Abuse the import or AI features in a way that disrupts service for other users

Cooking Disclaimer

Suvio provides cooking guidance and AI-assisted recipe assistance for informational purposes only. Always follow safe food handling practices. Be aware of food allergies — you are responsible for verifying ingredient safety for yourself and guests. Suvio is not liable for food safety incidents, allergic reactions, or kitchen accidents.

Intellectual Property

Recipes you import remain subject to the original source's copyright. Recipes you create in Suvio are yours.

Limitation of Liability

Suvio is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
